About Us

Tanya Swain, Principal

Tanya has more than two decades' experience working with organizations and businesses on strategic planning, project development and management, and public relations. She has worked as a journalist, as staff at a foundation, for community development organizations and small businesses.

Achieving transformative results requires changing business as usual. Collaborative leaders seek out the experience and creativity of others and build shared accountability. I work to help clients develop the transparency, communication and management systems to support this capacity within their organizations, teams and projects.

(SmallFish Consulting Group) brings many years' experience ... assisting individual small businesses with how to improve their bottom line with better technology (the small, but more important work). They are forward thinkers, and are well connected with nonprofit organizations as well as small business support services.  I highly recommend them for any project or business consultant work you may need.

For our organization the most important factor we consider when working with someone is whether they share our vision and will act as our partners in realizing that vision. Their can-do approach has been instrumental in helping to move Harvest to Market forward.
